Founded in Paris in 1972 by siblings Maguy and Gilbert Le Coze, Le Bernardin was born from a singular purpose: to serve fish at its finest. Since expanding to New York in 1986, we have maintained a historic four-star rating from The New York Times and three Michelin stars.
